Tri County Developmental Preschool (ECSE)

The Tri County Early Childhood Special Education program is designed to meet the needs of our preschool aged children (2 1/2-5) with developmental delays. Our Developmental Preschool provides a high quality collaborative education for children who qualify for special education programs and services through an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). It is our goal to provide children with the basic foundational skills necessary for a successful educational journey. The Tri County Developmental Preschool program provides a safe, nurturing, and learning environment where children have the opportunity to exercise all developmental domains through play, discovery, problem-solving and the unique experiences facilitated by our dedicated teachers and staff.

Meet Mrs. Ouzts, ECSE Teacher

Hello! My name is Tanya Ouzts. I am the Early Childhood Special Education teacher for Tri County Area Schools. I have been teaching in Tri County since 2002 and I take pride in that. We have a wonderful community and I've been privileged to work with so many fantastic families. My two daughters, Melena and Brinley attend Tri County and we love participating in all things TC! When I'm not teaching or running my girls to extracurricular activities, I enjoy jeeping, riding quads, sports (especially football) traveling, photography, and spending time with my family and friends (especially at our family cabin)!
