Tri County Area Schools is proud to celebrate Board of Education President Brian Campbell, who has been recognized by the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) for his continued commitment to professional learning and board leadership. Campbell earned MASB’s Level 3 Award of Distinction, an honor that recognizes school board members who invest significant time in training and development to strengthen their ability to serve students, staff, and their community.
The MASB Awards Program acknowledges board members across Michigan who pursue ongoing professional development to enhance their leadership and governance skills. Through workshops, conferences, and specialized learning opportunities, participants deepen their understanding of school governance, policy, finance, and educational leadership. Campbell’s achievement reflects a strong dedication to improving his effectiveness as Board President and helping guide the future of Tri County Area Schools.
Notably, Campbell was the only school board member in Montcalm County to receive an MASB award this year, highlighting the level of commitment he brings to his role. His participation in continued training ensures that the Tri County Board of Education remains informed, collaborative, and focused on supporting high-quality educational opportunities for every student in the district.
Superintendent Ryan Biller shared his appreciation for Campbell’s leadership and service.
“School board service requires an extraordinary commitment of time, thoughtful decision-making, and a deep belief in public education. Brian’s dedication to professional growth and governance reflects his commitment to our students, staff, and community. We are proud to have his leadership guiding the work of our Board of Education.”
The Tri County Area Schools community congratulates Brian Campbell on this accomplishment and thanks him for his continued service and advocacy for students, families, and public education.
