NEW RATES & DISCOUNTS FOR 2021-2022

Yearly Schedule
TC Child Care will follow the same schedule as Tri County Area Schools, including all early release days or school closings due to teacher in-service days, holiday, or weather closings.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday
AM Session:  6:00 AM until school starts
PM Session:  After school until 6:00 PM

School Delay Program Hours

If school is delayed before 6:00 a.m., TC Childcare will be open starting at 7:30 a.m. to receive students.  However, if school is delayed after the 6:00 a.m. opening time, TC Childcare services will be provided until the start of school (starting at 6:00 a.m.)  An additional $5.00 fee will be applied for this service.
*If school is then cancelled, you will be called to pickup your child.  The additional $5.00 fee will be charged if a child is in attendance during any of the time from 8:30-10:30 a.m. (i.e. session fee plus a $5.00 additional fee).

Scheduled Early Release Program

TC Childcare will be running Early Release Day childcare for school aged children (5-12) at MacNaughton Elementary during the school year, for each of the scheduled early release days.  Parents will be required to register attend separately, and will need to indicate if transportation from another school building is required (Sand Lake to MacNaughton, etc.).  

This option is available even if you do not use TC Childcare on a regular basis.  Parents wishing to use this "Drop In" service must have all required paperwork completed and on file prior to using this service.  Cost for the "Drop In" service for early release days is $25.00 for the 1st child, and $21.00 per each additional child.
