Download the Parent and Student application* or pick up an application from
Edgerton Elementary (408 E. Edgerton Street, (231) 937-4391) |

2)
Return completed applications to Edgerton Elementary. Applications
cannot be sent via mail or email. |

3) You will be called to schedule an orientation meeting prior to acceptance to the program. |
